How do you determine pricing for your services?

We charge hourly, based on the type and condition of the space. Our standard rate is $70/hour for a team of two professional cleaners. Pricing may vary depending on the service type: – Standard cleaning is great for regular maintenance – Deep cleaning includes more detailed work and requires extra time – Post-renovation and post-construction cleaning often takes longer due to dust, debris, and detailed surfaces If we clean your space on a regular schedule (weekly or bi-weekly), we can offer a fixed price per visit, based on the average time it takes to complete the job.
